    Age Requirements

    • You must be 18 years or older to receive tattoo or piercing services
    • Valid photo identification is required
    • No exceptions will be made for minors, even with parental consent

    Appointments and Payments

    Booking Policy

    • Appointments require a non-refundable deposit
    • Deposits are applied to the final service cost
    • 24-hour notice required for cancellations
    • No-shows forfeit their deposit

    Payment Terms

    • Full payment due upon completion of service
    • We accept cash, bank transfers, and major cards
    • Prices are subject to change without notice
    • Custom work may require additional consultation fees

    Aftercare and Healing

    • Follow all provided aftercare instructions
    • Contact us immediately if complications arise
    • Healing times vary by individual and location
    • Touch-ups may be available within 30 days (fees may apply)

    Photography and Portfolio Use

    We may photograph completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes. By agreeing to our services:

    • You consent to photography of the completed work
    • Photos may be used on our website and social media
    • Personal identifying information will not be shared
    • You may opt-out of photography at any time

    Limitation of Liability

    While we take every precaution to ensure safety and quality:

    Intellectual Property

    • Custom designs remain property of Glamour Tattoo Studio
    • Clients receive license to wear the tattoo permanently
    • Designs may not be reproduced without permission
    • We respect copyright and will not copy protected artwork

    Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Mauritius.
